Shipping Rates & Timeframes

For standard shipping please allow up to 3 business days for orders of in stock items to be dispatched from us in Sydney. If you need something in a hurry please send us a message and we will do everything we can to get it to you on time.
Shipping rates are as follows:

Standard Shipping (Receive within 5-10 working days to metro areas) 0.00 kg – 5.00 kg $8.00 AUD 

Free Shipping on orders over $200

We offer free standard delivery on orders of or above $200 AUS. This offer only applies to Australian addresses and should automatically be an option at checkout.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free delivery/drop off of orders to the inner Sydney metro area twice a week! When ordering please add your address details and then select the ‘Local Delivery’ option and specify in the notes section of checkout if you have a specific day you need the delivery. We will SMS you to confirm and notify you of delivery time and day. Please contact us if you live in Sydney and you are not offered the free local delivery option at checkout…we will see what we can do 🙂

International Shipping

At this stage we are only able to offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA and the UK. This shipping carries a flat rate shipping charge of $30AUD, which will be applied at checkout when you enter your country code. If you are located in another country please send us an email at [email protected] and we can look into delivery to your location.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless it can be proved that the package went missing in the post. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as body products cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, some health and personal care items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be approved for exchange or refund. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not to approved for exchange or refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your purchase send us an email at [email protected] We will also need proof of purchase so if it was a gift you need to let us know the details of the original purchaser.

Refunds (if applicable)
Before sending the item back for approval of refund please send us an email detailing your complaint to [email protected] Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us [email protected]

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
